Michael Caroll and the adventure to Romania Kids

Biography of Michael Carroll

   Michael Carroll President of Romanian Children's Relief.  In January 1990, Carroll was one of the first photographers to travel to Romania after the fall of the communist regime. His stories, which were written and photographed for The Boston Globe and The New York Times, that led directly to the formation of the Romanian Children's Relief organization.  Media-design consultant specializing in corporate and editorial photography with clients including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time, People, Golf & Travel, Travel & Leisure Golf, Newsweek, Business Week, Money and Fortun.  Since 1990, Carroll has traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe writing and photographing for American and European publications.  Carroll graduated in 1968 of Notre Dame University.   

Suffering Kids in Romania
    The kids in Romania are still struggling with finding new homes.  http://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736%2805%2967646-5/fulltext .  They are suffering with not having good homes for themselves.  The Lancet said that they are trying their best to provide what the kids need and keeping them alive and healthy as possible.  The extra income that families mistaken were to take their daughter or sons back, this made it common for parents to do so.  But on the other hand, parents who tries to bring their kids back, they would end up with troubles with the authorities.  Sometimes, kids in Romania died for illness or couldn't survive their life what they needed.
